A cozy retreat from the road
Our Standard Queen Room was unexpectedly spacious and impeccably clean. The staff rolled out the red carpet, especially Samantha at the front desk, making us feel right at home.
Unfortunately, the restaurant service was sluggish. After waiting over an hour for dinner, we had to cancel our order, which dampened an otherwise enjoyable stay.

Can recommend for a city break
Spotless room, friendly staff, with a delicious breakfast that left us fully satisfied before our day of exploring began.
Couldn’t have been happier.

We loved exploring the local area. The Skyline Trail offered stunning views, and our little one enjoyed spotting the puffins on the bird tour. The staff were fantastic and made our stay very welcoming, especially with a large family in tow.
In my wife's opinion, the room could really use better sound-proofing.

A Pleasant Overnight Visit with Great Dining
Our stay for one night was enjoyable, with friendly staff making us feel welcome from check-in to checkout. The on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations—delicious meals and a lively atmosphere. Just a tip, be mindful of heavy luggage. there’s no elevator!

The staff was very welcoming and attentive.
I was deeply disappointed with the level of noise in my room. I could hear everything from the hallway, making it impossible to relax. The window shades did not block out the parking lot lights, which kept the room too bright at night. For the price I paid, my expectations were definitely not met.

Need more elevators for easier access.

Couple's comfy spot with heartwarming service
I was really impressed by how cute the staff was. Not only did they help us with our bags, but they also offered some tips for local spots to check out while we were there.
Wasn't the cheapest place around but still decent for what we got.

The Superior Double Room had comfortable beds with clean linens, making for a decent night’s rest. The hotel’s amenities included a small gym and a pool that were well-maintained, providing options to relax or exercise during downtime.
The experience at the on-site restaurant left much to be desired. The beef vegetable soup was just broth with scant beef and potatoes for a high price, while the Ginger Beef Noodle dish arrived almost cold and lacked flavor. Adding to the discomfort, noise from other rooms and the hallway was quite intrusive, and the window shades didn’t block out the blaring parking lot lights, impacting sleep quality.

great stay but food could improve
The standard queen room I stayed in was simply immaculate, leaving no room for complaints about cleanliness. The reception staff, Samantha and Jeremy, provided a warm welcome and made check-in enjoyable. The city view from my room added a lovely touch to the experience, making it perfect for a relaxing overnight stay.
However, the restaurant service during dinner could be more efficient, as we had to wait longer than expected for our meals.

The Standard Queen Room was super clean and cozy. The bed and pillows were so comfy, I think I might've overslept! The overall vibe was nice, and it had everything we needed for our one night stay. The bathroom was also spotless, which is a big deal for me. No weird smells or anything. Just solid comfort all around.
